What is the Procedure to Obtain the MSME Registration?

  • Step 2: Fill up your Aadhar Card Number

What is the Penalty for None-Filing of MSME-01?

Noncompliance with the Companies Act will result in a penalty and punishment. According to Section 405 (4) of the Companies Act, 2013, companies must file half-yearly returns in MSME Form 1 with the Registrar of Companies in respect of outstanding payments to micro and small businesses for goods and services supplied by them if the payment period exceeds 45 days from the date of acceptance or deemed acceptance.

• For the months of April to September, the deadline is October 31st.

• When filing returns, businesses must state the amount owed as well as the cause for the delay.

• A fine of up to INR 25,000 will be imposed if the MSME – 01 is not filed or if the form is filled out incorrectly or incompletely in any material element.

 

• Any officer who violates the law is subject to a fine ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 3,00,000, or imprisonment for up to 6 months, or both.

How can an Applicant Check MSME Registration Status?

An applicant can verify the MSME Registration status by reference number and name using the methods listed below–

  • Step 1: Go to the MSME Registration portal to check on the status of your application.
  • Step 2: As displayed in the Captcha image, enter the 12-digit UAM number and the verification code.
  • Step 3: After entering the 12-digit UAM number, click the ‘Verify’ button.
  • Step 4: The status of a business owner’s MSME registration can be tracked.

How can an Applicant Download or Print the MSME Registration Certificate?

  • Applicants should go to https://udyamregistration.gov.in/UA/PrintAcknowledgement Pub.aspx to print their acknowledgment. An MSME register certificate can be downloaded or printed. to finish the required information

लघु वित्त बैंक 2013 में अधिनियम के तहत सार्वजनिक लिमिटेड कंपनी के रूप में पंजीकृत हैं । यह बैंकिंग विनियमन अधिनियम 1949 की धारा 22 के तहत लाइसेंस प्राप्त है। यह बैंकिंग विनियमन अधिनियम 1949 और भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम 1934 के प्रावधानों द्वारा शासित है। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक अर्थव्यवस्था के कमजोर वर्गों अर्थात ग्रामीण और अर्ध-शहरी क्षेत्र।

छोटे वित्त बैंक अपने जमाकर्ताओं को चालू खातों और बचत खातों, सावधि जमा, वाणिज्यिक पत्र, पुनर्वित्त, आदि में निवेश करने देते हैं। बचत खातों पर वे 6-7% ब्याज दर प्रदान करते हैं। निश्चित खातों पर, वे 9% ब्याज दर और इतने पर प्रदान करते हैं।
